We place high yield debt for public and privately held companies seeking to finance acquisitions or growth or to refinance existing debt. We are often able to raise financing for clients in "out of favor" industries or in distressed situations where other investment banks have failed. Typical high yield offerings range from $100 million to $200 million, with a seven to ten year maturity, minimal principal amortization and no financial maintenance covenants.
